Maria’s Mom

Dear David,
First and foremost, I hope this greeting finds you and those you love healthy and safe. Words are inadequate to express the eternal gratitude for your legal advice and assistance in my daughter’s time of need. I was in Spokane from Jan 30th through March 22nd. Although I left with a reluctant heart, I was able to see my daughter rehab from a wheelchair to a walking boot, from very limited use of her left arm to the full use of hands, fingers and 95% of her arm, from inability to read and concentrate to reading for hours. While Maria remains in cognitive and visual therapy, she is hopeful she may return to work part-time April 20th.
The letter that was sent to Felicia Hall that included your thoughtful and well reasoned suggestions resulted in a full settlement of Maria’s bodily injury claims. In one year, she will require another surgery to remove a plate in her arm. She intends to complete her internal medicine residency even though the road to full recovery is long.
Sincerely, Pam Y.
Mr. Femminineo, Thank you for your representation in my case. I appreciate the work you’ve done and will refer you to anyone I may know in need of your assistance.
Thank you also, Kristin, for all her hard work.
Have a great summer!
Laura B.
Dear David:
On behalf of my husband and myself, we wish to thank you for your legal representation and counsel. This certainly was a great leraning experience for me. I was very pleased as well as surprised that you were able to negotiate Lupo Chiropractic charges down to $2,500.
Dr. James Zender Referred you to me. I too will pass on your legal services to anyone I hear or know involved in an auto accident/injury.
I feel that things went very smoothly in every aspect of my care because I was lead to the right team. That, was no “accident”.
Thank you again and your staff for the settlement outcome.
May your practice continue to flourish and grow in positive ways for your clients.
Blessings and Peace to all.
